Women’s Enterprise Centre is hosting a Mentor Training Session Thursday October 20, 2011 from 1:30 to 3 pm on Goal Setting and Accountability.
This phone-in session will discuss strategies on how Mentors can help Mentees clearly define their goals and establish accountability. Join Mentors from around the province including Susan Washington, Master Success Coach,who will share her philosophy and approach on the topic.
Part 1 – Helping Your Mentee Define Goals
You will learn about the multi dimensional aspect of goal setting (doing goals and being goals).
Mentors will discuss what has worked well in the past. Share your success stories based on experience working with Mentee(s).
Part 2 – Keeping Your Mentee Accountable
In this part you will discuss creating time lines for goals, making agreements (written or verbal) to reach these goals, explaining the benefits of such agreements, and the consequences not meeting goals.
